How It Works
The AKK A2 reads barcode markings printed on the edges of specially prepared playing cards. You choose the scanning method based on your table conditions:
Local Camera Mode — The built-in camera on the analyzer phone captures card barcodes as they are dealt or lifted, as long as cards pass within 20–40 cm of the device.
Wireless Camera Mode — A compact external camera, concealed in an ordinary-looking object (charger, watch, or key fob), sits on or near the table. It captures card data and transmits wirelessly to the A2 phone — which can stay in your pocket, bag, or anywhere out of sight.
In both modes, the captured barcode data feeds into the internal analysis engine, which:
- Identifies every card at the table
- Calculates real-time hand rankings for all players
- Determines the winning hand
- Whispers the result through a covert mini earpiece — audible only to you
